Baseball America’s 2023 prospect rankings have begun as the offseason has arrived.

Our prospect rankings, which take into account the year-round talks we have with scouts, front office, and player development officials around baseball, include detailed scouting reports for each player’s strengths, weaknesses, current ability, and future projection. 2023 MLB Top 8 Prospects .

Each report includes a BA Grade, a prospect’s value indicator that balances the player’s realistic upside with his amount of risk and uncertainty, 2023 MLB Top 8 Prospects along with 20–80 scouting scale grades on players’ predicted future tools.
