Iga Witek is a Polish professional tennis player who was born on May 31, 2001. She presently holds the Women's Tennis Association's No. 1 ranking in the world (WTA).

She won the French Open singles title in 2020 at the youngest age since Rafael Nadal in 2005 and the first major women's singles title since Maria Sharapova in 2004.
