The procedure for the Champions League group stage draw
The draw highlights 32 groups: 26 groups given direct passage to the gathering stage and the six champs of the play-off ties.
The groups will be parted into four cultivating pots. Pot 1 will comprise of the holders, the Uefa Europa League victors, and the heroes of the six most elevated positioned countries who didn’t qualify through one of the 2021/22 titles; Pots 2 to 4 are not entirely settled by the club coefficient rankings.
On account of the relationship with two delegates, clubs will be matched to part their matches on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On account of the relationship with four delegates, two pairings will be made. These pairings are to be founded on TV crowds.
No group can play a side from their affiliation. Some other limitations will be reported in front of the draw.
