In order to prepare for the World Cup in Qatar, the Brazilian football organization said on Friday that the national team will play Ghana and Tunisia in September. The matches will be played on September 23 and 27 at European locations that have not yet been revealed, according to the Brazilian federation’s website, or CBF.

On September 9, head coach Tite will reveal his shortlist for the friendly games.

Brazil is now ranked first in the world by Fifa and is one of the favorites to win the World Cup, which will be held in Qatar from November 20 through December 18, 2018.

Last month, Tite told Reuters he was encouraged by the growth of young players who were well-known last season and will be available for the national team in Qatar, relieving pressure off of superstar Neymar of Paris St. Germain.
